Yes, it's a two sheeple day. Watch closely:

In order to change the Constitution, an amendment is proposed in either the House or the Senate. It is not sent to the President, but is instead sent to the states. The states then put the proposed amendment to a vote from the citizens. When 38 states have accepted the amendment, it becomes a part of the Constitution.

Now, watch this one:

"Amendment 22:

SECTION 1.

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term."

The next person who claims Obama is going to change the Constitution to revoke term limits is going to be hunted down and flogged.

Dear Sheeple:

When you repost a story from 2002 and attempt to blame Obama for it, you don't look like a reasoning, well-informed voter with real issues to discuss. You look like an idiot. If the details of the story have been altered in an attempt to make the government look to be at fault somehow, you look like more of an idiot. And if those altered details include the idea that the crew of a DERAILED TRAIN was ordered not to move said train, and you think "yeah, that could happen", you need to google "how trains work".
